Het wordt vooral gebruikt om de huidspanning te herverdelen. Het is de standaard voor defectdekking.  <\/p>\n<h2>Uitleg van de Y-V-kunststof<\/h2>\n<p>De doorlopende Y-V kunststof wordt ook wel Y-W kunststof genoemd. De volgende afbeelding toont het principe. De hoeken van de Y worden verplaatst zoals aangegeven door de kleine groene pijlen, wat resulteert in een doorlopende <strong>W-vormige naad<\/strong> of litteken. Op deze manier kan lengte worden gewonnen ten koste van de breedte.   <\/p>\n<h6><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/bilder\/le\/y-v-lappen-plastik-fortlauf.jpg\" alt=\"Illustratie van de V-Y kunststof\" width=\"400\" height=\"321\"><\/h6>\n<h2>Toepassing<\/h2>\n<p>De volgende indicaties bestaan voor deze huidflaptechniek in de <a href=\"\/nl\/\">plastische chirurgie<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/nl\/handchirurgie-duesseldorf\/\">handchirurgie<\/a>:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In sommige gevallen kan bij brandwonden een zinvolle herverdeling van de huidspanning worden bereikt.<\/li>\n<li>Bij <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/nl\/hand\/dupuytrens\/\">de ziekte van Dupuytren<\/a> is de huid van de vingers vaak in de lengterichting verkort.
