Di solito \u00e8 ben incapsulato e si trova pi\u00f9 comunemente nel tessuto adiposo sottocutaneo (addome, schiena, braccia, gambe, collo, testa). Tuttavia, il lipoma si presenta anche nei muscoli, nel torace (nel mediastino) e nella cavit\u00e0 addominale. Possono essere colpiti anche gli organi. In linea di massima, il lipoma pu\u00f2 svilupparsi ovunque ci sia tessuto adiposo. Se sono presenti pi\u00f9 lipomi, si parla di lipomatosi.     <\/p><p>Il lipoma ha molte facce al microscopio. Non verranno discussi in dettaglio in questa sede. Tuttavia, \u00e8 opportuno citare brevemente alcuni tipi: Angiolipoma, lipoma pleomorfo, mixolipoma, lipoma a cellule fusate, fibrolipoma, miolipoma, ecc.  <\/p><p>Il lipoma deve essere distinto dal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/it\/op\/corpo\/lipoedema-duesseldorf\/\">lipoedema<\/a>, in cui l&#8217;aumento di grasso non \u00e8 delimitato, ma \u00e8 comunque solitamente limitato alle aree tipiche delle gambe e della parte superiore delle braccia.<\/p><p>Quando \u00e8 necessario rimuovere un lipoma? Ogni volta che provoca disagio e mostra una forte tendenza a crescere. Anche se c&#8217;\u00e8 il minimo dubbio che il lipoma sia benigno, deve essere operato. Un lipoma pu\u00f2 essere diagnosticato come tale con il 100% di certezza solo se dopo la rimozione viene inviato a un patologo ed esaminato al microscopio.   <\/p><p>I nostri chirurghi Dr Schumann e
