Le fascia est le tissu qui entoure le muscle temporal sous la forme d&rsquo;une fine peau tendineuse. <\/p><p>C&rsquo;est important, car une implantation directement sous la peau ne permettrait pas de masquer suffisamment les contours de l&rsquo;implant.<\/p><p>Lors de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, nous avons recours \u00e0 une incision \u00e0 faible risque et \u00e0 faible complication dans la zone du cuir chevelu temporal haut. Cela nous permet de prot\u00e9ger parfaitement les tissus adjacents et d&rsquo;effectuer la mise en place par une incision relativement petite.
