nose, we do not change any bony structures. It is an intervention on <strong>cartilage and soft tissue.<\/strong> <\/p><p>Although nose tip correction can in principle be performed under local anesthesia, if necessary with twilight sleep, the anesthetic injections are very painful, so that our team of plastic surgeons in D\u00fcsseldorf also recommends a<strong> general anesthetic<\/strong> here.<\/p><p>An <strong>open approach<\/strong> is usually necessary to shape the tip of the nose.
