<strong>breast<\/strong> are more highly prized in Europe than those of the <strong>buttocks<\/strong> certainly plays a role here.<\/p><p>Many women can live with a flat bottom rather than a flat This makes it clear that extremely slim women are unlikely to benefit from this method, as the autologous fat to be transplanted must be from the patient&#8217;s own body. <\/p><p>We can increase the volume of our patients&#8217; buttocks with the help of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/op\/cup-correction\/butt-implants\/\">butt implants<\/a> if they have very little fat of their own <strong>but<\/strong> still want <strong>a butt augmentation<\/strong>.<\/p><p>In principle, our team of plastic surgeons in D\u00fcsseldorf proceeds in the same way as for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/op\/body\/liposuction-duesseldorf\/\">liposuction<\/a>. With the Brazilian butt lift, the fat is also suctioned out after infiltration of a so-called <strong>tumescent solution<\/strong> (contains, among other things, a local anesthetic) and a certain exposure time. This is followed by filtration. This allows us to separate components such as blood, infiltration solution and saline solution and separate the <strong>pure fat<\/strong>.   <\/p><p>Our plastic surgeons then inject this <strong>autologous fat<\/strong> into the areas to be augmented using special syringes and cannulas. A special technique for injecting into the buttocks is important here in order to maximize the rate of application. <\/p><p><strong>Targeted liposuction<\/strong> around the buttocks alone can significantly improve the <strong>contour<\/strong>. This would be the minimum variant of a butt correction. In D\u00fcsseldorf, we typically try to improve the shape of the buttocks during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/op\/body\/liposuction-duesseldorf\/\">liposuction<\/a> with the Brazilian butt lift and can then achieve the main effect with injections.  <\/p><p>It would therefore be rather unfavorable, for example, to only suction the abdomen or arms, as this additional <strong>contouring<\/strong>, which is important for the Brazilian butt lift, would not be possible.<\/p><p>As described above, we at the Yuveo Clinic in D\u00fcsseldorf make sure to use a special technique when injecting the processed fat. If, for example, a large amount is injected into a small area, the internal fat grafts cannot be nourished and disintegrate. This means a significantly poorer application rate and a poorer result.  <\/p><p>The rate at which the fat is injected depends on how much fat is injected and how we inject it. The<strong> aftercare <\/strong>and your own behavior after the operation also have an influence on this. To summarize, we can assume a rate of 40 to 70 %.  <\/p><p>If not enough cells have healed during the Brazilian butt lift, we can perform the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/op\/cup-correction\/\"><strong>butt surgery<\/strong> <\/a>to achieve more volume.
