injections.<\/p><p>The same rules for information, preparation for surgery and sterility apply as for all other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/lexikon\/plastic-surgery\/\">plastic surgery<\/a> procedures.<\/p><p>The procedure is performed <strong>under general anesthesia<\/strong>. We only make exceptions for very small injection volumes. <\/p><p>We will first perform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/op\/body\/liposuction-duesseldorf\/\">liposuction<\/a> on you, which should result in at least the amount we would like to inject into your breast. These quantities are usually 100-400 ml <strong>of autologous fat<\/strong> per breast. <\/p><p>If we were to inject too much fat into a very small breast, it would not heal because the fat cells would not find a connection to the blood vessels and would die.<\/p><p>We then pass the autologous fat through a filter in a closed system so that blood, wound fluid and <strong>tumescent solution<\/strong> are separated.
