As there are many different techniques \/ methods, we at the Yuveo Clinic in D\u00fcsseldorf will discuss these with you in a personal consultation and create a suitable treatment plan for you. <\/p><p>The operation is usually performed if the patient&#8217;s breasts are <strong>too small<\/strong> (micromastia). This may be due to a breast malformation. In breast augmentation for aesthetic reasons, however, there is often a <strong>disproportion<\/strong> between the breast size perceived as aesthetic and the actual breast volume.  <\/p><p>At the D\u00fcsseldorf clinic, we most frequently perform breast augmentation with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/op\/breast-surgery-duesseldorf\/breast-implants\/\">breast implants<\/a>, as these guarantee a long-term result for our patients that is easy to plan.<\/p><p>However, breast augmentation <strong>without surgery<\/strong> can also make sense in many cases. It is therefore advisable to seek advice from our team of doctors about both methods and weigh up the pros and cons, including the risks. <\/p><p>A detailed <strong>explanation<\/strong> also includes a description of possible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/lexikon\/complication-after-breast-augmentation\/\">problems<\/a> and complications that may occur after the operation in rare cases. However, these can be prevented in most cases. To avoid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yuveo.de\/en\/lexikon\/capsular-fibrosis-capsular-thickening\/\">capsular fibrosis<\/a>, which used to be quite common, we place the implants <strong>under<\/strong> the pectoral muscle in D\u00fcsseldorf and proceed with extreme care in terms of hygiene.
