However, if a more complex correction is required on the tip of the nose or the cartilaginous nasal roof, <strong>open rhinoplasty<\/strong> is advantageous due to the <strong>better overview<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>This comes at the cost of a <strong>small scar<\/strong> on the bridge of the nose, which our plastic surgeons in D\u00fcsseldorf design in such a way that it is barely visible even at close range.
